Return/Refund Policy

Shop worry-free.  This Return/Refund Policy covers all items purchased through walfordhome.com. It's designed to give you confidence that we stand behind the products on our marketplace.  If you're not satisfied with an item that you purchased on our website for any reason, you can initiate a return within one year (365 days) of delivery for a replacement or a full refund.  

To return an item, request a replacement, or request a refund, email contact@WalfordHome.com with your order number and reason.  We will respond to your request with further instructions.

Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that an item you ordered arrives damaged or is defective, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or a full refund. To report an issue with an item please email contact@walfordhome.com.

We encourage you to inspect the packaging of the item before you accept the item from the carrier. If the packaging or the item appears damaged when it arrives, you should take pictures of the damage and you may inform the carrier and refuse delivery.

    Missing Items
    If your order is missing any items or parts, please notify us as soon as possible at contact@walfordhome.com and no later than 30 days after delivery.

    Refunds
    Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment shortly after we receive and process the request/item.

    Cancellations
    You may cancel an order within 30 minutes after placing the order by emailing us at contact@walfordhome.com. If you would like to cancel an order after 30 minutes, you should contact us at contact@walfordhome.com. Please note that we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled after 30 minutes, but we'll try our best to help.
