Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is confirmed as well as notifications related to shipping.  If you do not receive these emails or have questions, please contact us at contact@walfordhome.com.

How to Check Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@walfordhome.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping FAQs

Walford Home currently offers free shipping on most of our products. We ship from a number of locations across the US and actual shipping times vary based on your location and availability of the items by warehouse.  The method of shipping (speed) will appear during checkout. 

Delays

We will continue to be here to support you as our customer, before, during, and after the buying and shipping process. However, there may be delays beyond our control with our shipping partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx). We understand that this can be frustrating.  If you wish to return any items due to shipping delays, please refer to our refund policies for instructions.
